My son justt bought a Rad 2.0 at GARAGE SALE. It is missing the battery and phone jack. How can I get the needed parts and instructions and is it worth it?

I just got this ROBOT 2.0 . I bought it for my son at a Fundraiser. I had to buy a replacement battery and charger, etc... off the internet . BUT NOW I plug int he new battery and it says " Checking systems" something something Head down.... and it moves its upper body all the way down to the tray and does nothing else other than make noise. It never stops. WHAT CAN I DO OTHER THAN GIVE IT A PROPER BURIAL. LOL Smile)
My 4 year old will be devastated. If anyone can help. I really appreciate it ! !
